No matter our age or our previous eating habits, it’s never too late to change our diet and improve the way we think and feel. Healthy eating is important at any age, but becomes even more so as we reach midlife and beyond. As we get older, eating well can help improve our mental sharpness, boost energy levels, and increase our resistance to illness.
